The game
We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to play the game for your own entertainment. Heroes, maps, upgrades, rewards and prices may change over time.
Virtual items
Gold, gems, costumes and other virtual items have no real-world value, cannot be exchanged for money and are licensed to you, not sold. Purchases are final except where the App Store, Google Play or the law requires a refund; refunds are handled by the store you bought from. Deleting your account permanently removes your virtual items, and purchased gems are not refunded.
Fair play
Do not cheat, use bots, modify the game or its traffic, or exploit bugs. We may reset scores, remove leaderboard entries or suspend accounts that break these rules.
Ads and third parties
The game contains ads and uses third-party services (see the Privacy Policy). We are not responsible for third-party content.
Disclaimer
The game is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for loss of progress caused by outages, device problems or account deletion.
