This page explains how to delete your account in Arena Heroes: Survivor by Ömer Durmaz, and what happens to your data.
Option 1: in the game
- Open Arena Heroes: Survivor and tap Profile on the home screen.
- In the Account section, tap Delete account.
- Read the summary and tap DELETE to confirm. If you linked an Apple or Google account, sign in with it once more to confirm.
Your account, your cloud save (heroes, gold, gems, costumes and records) and your leaderboard entry are deleted right away, and the game starts fresh. This cannot be undone.
Option 2: by email
If you no longer have the game installed:
- Send an email to omerdurmaz.dev@gmail.com with the subject Delete my Arena Heroes account.
- Include your player info: the email address of the Apple or Google account you linked, or your player tag (Player #… in the Ranking tab), and whether you play on iPhone/iPad or Android.
- We delete the account, its cloud save and its leaderboard entry within 30 days and confirm by email.
If you never linked an account and don't know your player tag, we may not be able to find your save; uninstalling the game removes the data stored on your device.
What is kept
Purchased gems are not refunded. Purchase records are kept by Apple, Google and RevenueCat as the law requires. Crash and analytics data is kept according to Google's retention settings.
