Is Arena Heroes free?
Yes. The game is free to play. It contains ads and offers optional in-app purchases: gem packs and Remove Ads.
Do I need an internet connection?
No, you can play offline. A connection is needed to back up your progress, see the leaderboard and make purchases.
How do I keep my progress on a new phone?
On your old phone, open Profile and link your Apple or Google account. On the new phone, open Profile and sign in with the same account.
A purchase didn't arrive. What now?
Restart the game while online, or use Settings → Restore purchases. If it's still missing, email us at omerdurmaz.dev@gmail.com with the receipt. Refunds are handled by the App Store or Google Play.
How do I change my ad privacy choices?
Where consent is required (EEA and UK), go to Settings → Privacy options. On iPhone you can also change tracking permission in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
How do I delete my account?
In the game, go to Profile → Delete account. You can also follow the steps on our account deletion page.
