Privacy Policy

Effective date: 19 October 2026

Arena Heroes: Survivor ("the game", "we") is a mobile game by Ömer Durmaz for iPhone, iPad and Android. This policy explains what data the game handles, why, and the choices you have. Contact: omerdurmaz.dev@gmail.com.

Data the game handles

  • Game account (Firebase Authentication). When you first open the game, an anonymous account ID is created. You can optionally link Sign in with Apple or Google sign-in to that account. The provider then gives us an account ID and possibly your email address; we use them only to restore your save on another device.
  • Game save (Cloud Firestore). Your progress, wallet (gold and gems) and purchase ledger are stored under your account ID so they can be backed up and restored.
  • Leaderboard (Cloud Firestore). When you finish a run, an entry with a random player tag, the hero you played, your kill count and your survival time is stored and shown to other players. Your name and email address are never shown.
  • Game content (Firebase Storage). The game downloads content such as game data and artwork. No personal data is uploaded.
  • Analytics and crash reports. Firebase Analytics records how the game is used (usage events). Firebase Crashlytics sends crash reports with technical details such as device model and OS version. We use them to fix bugs and improve the game.
  • Advertising (Google AdMob). The game shows ads. AdMob may use your device's advertising identifier to serve and measure ads. In the EEA and the UK we ask for your consent first through Google's consent tool (UMP); when this applies you can change your choice any time in Settings → Privacy options. On iOS the App Tracking Transparency prompt asks for permission to track; if you deny it, ads are non-personalized.
  • Purchases (RevenueCat). In-app purchases (gem packs and Remove Ads) are processed by RevenueCat using the game's account ID. Payments are handled by Apple or Google; we never see your card details.
  • Notifications. The optional daily reward reminder is a local notification scheduled on your device. There is no push server. You can turn it off in Settings or in your device settings.
  • Device information. The game reads your device's memory (RAM) locally to pick a graphics quality. This information is not sent anywhere.

How we use data

To run the game, back up and restore your progress, show the leaderboard, deliver purchases, show ads, fix crashes and improve the game. We do not sell your personal data.

Third-party services

These providers process data under their own privacy policies: Google and Firebase, Google AdMob, RevenueCat and Apple.

Retention and deletion

We keep your save while your account exists. Deleting your account removes your cloud save and your leaderboard entry. Crash and analytics data is kept according to Google's retention settings.

You can delete your account in the game: Profile → Delete account. Purchased gems are not refunded. If you no longer have the game, email us from the account deletion page.

Children

The game is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. The game has no user-generated content and no chat. If you believe a child has given us data, contact us and we will delete it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or KVKK) you may access, correct, export or delete your data and object to its processing. Contact us at the address above.

Changes

We will post updates on this page and change the date above.
