Is Zen Tile Match free?
Yes. The game is free to play. It contains ads and offers optional in-app purchases of gold, which you can spend on boosters or on continuing a level.
Do I need an internet connection?
An internet connection is needed to save your progress and earn rewards.
How do I keep my progress on a new phone?
Open Settings and sign in with Google (or Apple on iPhone) on both devices.
A purchase didn't arrive. What now?
Restart the game while online. If it's still missing, email us at omerdurmaz.dev@gmail.com with the receipt. Refunds are handled by the App Store or Google Play.
How do I delete my account?
In the game, go to Settings → Delete account. You can also follow the steps on our account deletion page.
